Global leadership programs prepare people to lead and manage virtual teams. These are typically tailored to the specific people you want heading up your virtual teams. Follow up is done with them conversing in a community of practice afterwards. This community can be composed of global leaders from other companies if you wish.

Electronic facilitation training program curriculum includes face to face and online practice with communication tools and technologies, accelerated and experiential learning, and internet experiential learning oppotunities. Electronic facilitators are trained at four levels:

  • TECHNICAL eFacilitator,

  • BASIC eFacilitator,

  • INTERMEDIATE eFacilitator, and

  • ADVANCED eFacilitator.
